There are only a few things that can cause reduced hydrogen output from the PureONE:
- An issue with the electrical outlet the PureONE is plugged into
- An issue with the PureONE’s internal power source
- A gas leak — at the lids, pressure release, or hose connections
What to check first:
Inspect all lid seals, hose connections, and the pressure release valve for leaks. These are the most common cause of reduced output and the only ones the user can address at home.
If it’s determined that it’s not a hose or gas connection causing reduced gas output, you’ll need to reach out to Daily Hydrogen for further assistance.
