No Gas Production – Diagnostic Steps

If your PureONE isn’t producing gas, follow these diagnostic steps.

Step 1 — Verify power:

• Check the outlet with another device
• Ensure the power cord is fully inserted
• Test the circuit breaker
• Verify the power switch is on
• Check the fuse

Step 2 — Check tubing connections and bottle seals:

• Inspect all tubing for kinks or loose connections
• If one bottle is bubbling but the next is not, gas is escaping from the lid of the bubbling bottle:
  • Check that the seal inside the lid isn’t out of place
  • Check that the lid is properly tightened
  • Check that the hose connecting that lid to the next bottle is connected properly
• Check that the pressure release on the first purifier isn’t leaking
