Electrical Issues and Circuit Protection

Electrical problems with your PureONE require careful diagnosis. Always disconnect power before investigating.

Common issues:

• Tripped breakers: Check your household breaker panel.
• No power: Test the outlet with another device; check the fuse in the PureONE.
• Intermittent power: Check for loose connections at the outlet and the power cord.
• Flickering lights: Suggests that the PureONE has reached internal maximum pressure. Check for obstructions in the tubing. Also, the bubbling stones can become clogged with contaminants — soaking them in vinegar will dissolve calcium deposits, and CLR will dissolve other mineral deposits. Make sure to very thoroughly rinse your bubbling stones after soaking.
