Reduced hydrogen output from your PureOne system can have several causes. Daily Hydrogen has identified these common issues: Electrode fouling – Clean electrodes with provided brush and cleaning solution. Diluted electrolyte – Test concentration and add electrolyte powder if needed. Scale buildup – Perform deep cleaning to remove mineral deposits. Worn electrodes – Replace if showing significant erosion after extended use. Poor electrical connection – Clean and tighten all electrical terminals. Incorrect power settings – Verify amp draw matches recommended levels. Temperature issues – Allow cooling if overheated, warm if too cold. Clogged filters or tubes – Clean or replace as needed. Voltage problems – Check household voltage and dedicated circuit capacity. Old electrolyte – Replace solution if over 6 months old or contaminated. Most output issues resolve with proper cleaning and fresh electrolyte solution.
