- The PureONE itself — manufacturer defects and parts degradation
What’s not covered:
- The accessories, hoses, and bottles (the warranty covers the PureONE only)
- Damage from misuse
- Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Normal wear items
- Damage from power surges (surge protectors are recommended)
No registration required:
Your warranty is automatically applied and is linked to both the serial number and the order — you don’t need to register separately to activate coverage.
Warranty service process:
Contact Daily Hydrogen support with your serial number and a description of the issue. We’ll determine eligibility and, if required, issue an RMA and provide shipping instructions.
