Understanding Your PureOne Warranty Coverage

Your PureOne hydrogen generator from Daily Hydrogen includes comprehensive warranty protection. Standard coverage: 2 years on generator unit, 1 year on electrical components, 90 days on consumables (cannulas, tubing), 30 days on electrolyte powder. Extended warranties available at time of purchase or within first 90 days. Warranty covers: Manufacturing defects, component failures under normal use, electrical malfunctions, and structural integrity. Not covered: Damage from misuse or neglect, use of non-approved parts or solutions, modifications or unauthorized repairs, normal wear items, damage from power surges (surge protector recommended). To maintain warranty: Register product within 30 days, use only Daily Hydrogen approved parts, follow all maintenance schedules, keep records of service, retain proof of purchase. Warranty service process: Contact Daily Hydrogen support, provide serial number and description, receive RMA if required, ship according to instructions.
