Proper Use of Cannulas and Breathing Apparatus

Daily Hydrogen provides quality cannulas for hydrogen inhalation therapy. Use only the provided medical-grade cannulas – never substitute with non-approved tubing. Each person should have their own cannula for hygiene. Clean cannulas daily with alcohol wipes and replace monthly. Position the cannula prongs just inside the nostrils – not deeply inserted. Slide the hose on both sides of the prongs across your cheeks and hang them over your ears. Adjust the slider for comfortable fit without pressure. For optimal benefit, breathe normally through your nose. Sessions typically last 30-60 minutes, though longer use is safe. The flow rate should create gentle bubbling in the water trap. If you feel lightheaded, reduce flow rate or take a break. Never use petroleum-based products on or near cannulas. Store cannulas in a clean, dry container when not in use. Keep spare cannulas on hand for guests or replacement needs.
